Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Please confirm your address and items before ordering. These terms apply to QI KIND physical products.

48-hour cancellation window

To cancel for a full refund, contact us within 48 hours of placing the order and before dispatch. If the parcel has already shipped within that period, the post-dispatch rules below apply. Refunds return to the original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, choosing the wrong item, or no longer wanting it. This does not apply to defects, transit damage, wrong items, material misdescription, or confirmed loss, and does not limit rights provided by applicable law or PayPal Buyer Protection.

Defects, damage, wrong items, and loss

Reply to your order email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel, item, and shipping label. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate; damaged or incorrect cross-border items generally do not need to be returned.

Handling and transit

Supplier handling is targeted at 2–4 business days. Approved routes target 7–15 business days in transit after dispatch. Dates shown on product and checkout pages are estimates.

Checkout is available only where every item has a verified route. All enabled destinations receive free shipping over $69.00; below that amount, United States shipping is $4.99 and other destinations use their verified checkout quote.

Delay or inability to fulfil

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide a revised estimate. You may accept the delay or cancel for a refund. If stock or an approved route is unavailable, we will void the authorization or refund the original payment.

Tracking and notifications

After dispatch, the carrier, tracking number, and available tracking link appear on the secure order page and are sent to the order email.

Address and clearance

Orders ship only to the address confirmed by PayPal. A post-payment address change requires cancellation or refund and a new order. We use reviewed, trackable duty-paid routes and do not mark commercial orders as gifts or deliberately understate value.
