Privacy at QI KIND

We collect only what is needed to create readings, process shop orders, and provide support.

Reading accounts

Your email address, a securely derived password hash, name, birth date, optional birth time, selected birthplace, time zone, and generated reading are stored with your account. Birth data is not sent to generative AI.

Shop orders

For a purchase, we store your email, PayPal order references, the PayPal-confirmed delivery name and address, item and price snapshots, payment status, supplier references, tracking information, and fulfillment notes. We do not store card numbers.

Processors and fulfillment

PayPal processes payment. The reviewed fulfillment supplier and carrier receive the delivery details needed to purchase, pack, clear, and deliver your order. Resend may process your email address and transactional order messages when order email is enabled.

Compatibility readings

Before submitting another person’s birth details, you must confirm that you have their permission. Their details are processed only to create the immediate compatibility result and are not saved to your account.

Location search

When you search for a birthplace, the search words are sent to Open-Meteo’s geocoding service. Your email, name, and full birth record are not included in that request.

Your control

You can permanently delete your reading account and its associated reading data from the profile page. Shop transaction records may need to be retained separately for payment, tax, fraud, dispute, product-safety, and legal obligations.

Important limitation

This beta notice is not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy. A legal and compliance review is required before public commercial launch.
