Compatibility and calculation limits

Compatibility scores are not instructions to marry, separate, stay, or leave. An unknown birth time produces only Three Pillars and lowers confidence for time-sensitive conclusions.

Shop availability

Products marked “In review” cannot be purchased. An order is accepted only after PayPal confirms payment for an active product and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an item that becomes unavailable or cannot use an approved duty-paid route.

Prices, duties, and delivery

Shop prices are in USD. Final shipping is shown before payment. We use reviewed, trackable duty-paid routes and do not intentionally understate value or describe commercial orders as gifts. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns, damage, and delay

Our Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Damage, wrong-item, and confirmed-loss cases may receive a replacement or refund without return. Change-of-mind returns require authorization and customer-paid postage. If shipment is delayed, you may consent to the revised date or cancel for a prompt refund.

Payment address

Physical orders ship only to the delivery address confirmed in the PayPal transaction. A requested change requires cancellation, refund, and a new order.

Private beta

The service may change as calculation rules, product sourcing, and wording are validated. Accounts do not yet include email verification or password recovery.
