Why does a product say “In review”?
Checkout opens only after its sample, material documents, backup supplier, and duty-paid routes pass review.
Can these products change my fortune?
No. Five Elements and yin–yang are cultural design languages here and do not guarantee financial, health, relationship, or career outcomes.
Where do orders ship from?
Initial orders are fulfilled one by one by reviewed suppliers in China using tracked duty-paid cross-border routes.
Can I cancel after ordering?
You may request cancellation within 48 hours and before dispatch. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after dispatch.
Can you ship to the UK or EU?
Not yet. Those destinations will open only after the necessary VAT and product-compliance work is complete.
How do I track an order?
The success page provides a secure order link, and tracking details are sent to the order email after dispatch.
